Daily activities include analyzing complex requirements, designing effective solutions, and guiding teams to implement best practices that drive successful outcomes and enhance organizational reputation.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the integration of innovative technologies and methodologies to improve delivery efficiency and quality.
• Mentor and support junior team members to develop their skills and contribute effectively.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment on project objectives.

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Customer Data Cloud.
• Strong knowledge of customer identity and access management concepts.
• Experience in designing and implementing cloud-based customer data solutions.
• Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on scalable and maintainable solutions.
