• Lead the integration of innovative practices to improve delivery outcomes and client satisfaction.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to foster professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
• Strong understanding of employee lifecycle management and core HR processes within SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
• Experience in configuring and implementing SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central modules to meet business requirements.
• Ability to analyze complex business scenarios and translate them into effective technical solutions.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and internal teams, ensuring clarity and alignment.
• Capability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementations.

• The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
• This position is based at our DDC 1 - STPI office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
