Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to foster continuous learning and growth.

Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment of technology solutions with business objectives.

Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Compensation.

Strong understanding of compensation management processes and their integration within enterprise systems.

Experience in designing and implementing compensation modules tailored to diverse organizational needs.

Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.

Excellent communication skills to engage with stakeholders at various levels and drive consensus.

Capability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to compensation configurations and workflows.

The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Compensation.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
