Job Title: Senior Backend Engineer (6-8 Years Experience)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly skilled Senior Backend Engineer with 6–8 years of experience to design, develop, and deliver high-quality micro services. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in NodeJS Development (Typescript), SQL (relational) and NoSQL (non-relational) databases and solid architectural principles. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain nodejs micro services.
• Implement modular, scalable architectures following industry standards for micro service development.
• Manage cross dependencies across multiple service domains.
• Write unit and integration tests using jest.
• Collaborate with QA, product, design and frontend teams in an Agile environment.
• Participate in code reviews and mentor junior engineers.
• Continuously improve development practices and tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 6–8 years of experience in nodejs development.
• Strong proficiency in Typescript.
• Experience with Express, sequelize and joi.
• Strong experience in Sql and NoSql.
• Experience with jest testing framework.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
• Experience with use of containerization tools like Docker.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Experience with event driven architecture.
