Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve monthly targets in the BFSI sector.

Job Requirements :

• 5-9 years of experience in a similar role within the BFSI industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets through effective leadership and strategy development.
• Strong understanding of financial services products such as insurance, banking, or investment products.
