JOB DESCRIPTION:

Role: Supplier Portal Handling

Designation: Executive

Department : Purchase

Key Responsibilities:

• Support Supplier Connect Portal activities and provide first-level technical/system support.
• Register new information in the system as per procedures and raise supplier requests for contact master maintenance.
• Coordinate internal and external communications for survey deployment.
• Download and analyze system data to identify gaps between systems.
• Monitor survey feedback progress, share updates with internal and external stakeholders, and support timely completion.

Required Skills:

• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Good analytical skills with advanced Excel knowledge.
• Ability to prepare and present key points effectively using PowerPoint.
• Customer-focused approach with the ability to highlight important issues and gain stakeholder support.
