About this role
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Teamcenter QMS Consultant / Technical Lead to lead the implementation, customization, integration, and data migration of Siemens Teamcenter Quality Management System (QMS) solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Teamcenter architecture, QMS business processes, and enterprise integrations, enabling successful delivery of scalable and compliant PLM solutions across global organizations.
Responsibilities - Teamcenter QMS Implementation: Lead end-to-end implementation of Teamcenter QMS solutions aligned with business and regulatory requirements.
- Configure and deploy QMS processes including: CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions); Non-Conformance Management (NCM); Audit Management; Complaint Management; Supplier Quality Management; Inspection Planning and Quality Issue Management.
- Conduct requirement gathering workshops and translate business needs into functional and technical solutions.
- Define and configure Teamcenter data models, workflows, lifecycles, forms, and reports.
- Support testing, validation, deployment, and post-production stabilization activities.
- Customization Development: Design and develop Teamcenter customizations using BMIDE, ITK, SOA Services, REST APIs, Active Workspace (AWC), Workflow Handlers and Extensions.
- Develop custom business objects, forms, validations, automation, and workflow enhancements.
- Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and compliant with Teamcenter best practices.
- Support performance tuning, troubleshooting, and bug fixes across Teamcenter environments.
- Data Migration: Lead migration of quality and product-related data from legacy PLM, QMS, ERP, and spreadsheet-based systems.
- Perform source-to-target mapping, data profiling, cleansing, transformation, and validation.
- Develop and execute migration strategies for: CAPA records; NCRs; Audit records; Supplier quality data; Quality documents and attachments; Inspection and compliance records.
- Conduct mock migrations, reconciliation activities, and production data cutovers.
- Ensure completeness, accuracy, and integrity of migrated data.
