Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation of Teamcenter QMS solutions aligned with business and regulatory requirements.
• Configure and deploy QMS processes including CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions), Non-Conformance Management, Audit Management, Complaint Management, Supplier Quality Management, and Inspection Planning and Quality Issue Management.
• Conduct requirement gathering workshops and translate business needs into functional and technical solutions.
• Define and configure Teamcenter data models, workflows, lifecycles, forms, and reports.
• Support testing, validation, deployment and post production stabilization activities.

Technical and Professional Requirements:

• Teamcenter Expertise 8+ years of Teamcenter implementation experience.
• Strong expertise in Teamcenter Architecture, BMIDE, Active Workspace AWSC, Workflow Designer, Access Manager, Organization Management, Query Builder, Preferences and Stylesheets, Dispatcher and FMS/FSC.
• QMS Functional Knowledge
• Strong understanding of Quality Management processes: CAPA, Non-Conformance Management, Audit Management, Complaint Handling, Supplier Quality Management, Inspection Management, Risk and Compliance Management, Quality Document Control.
• Development and Customization; Hands-on experience with ITK (C/C++), Teamcenter SOA, REST Services, Java, XML/JSON and SQL.
