Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Teamcenter Consultant with 10+ years of experience in Siemens Teamcenter PLM implementation, customization, integration, and support. The ideal candidate should have strong functional and technical expertise in Teamcenter and experience working with global engineering and product development teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and support Teamcenter PLM solutions.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into Teamcenter solutions.
• Perform Teamcenter customization using ITK, BMIDE, Workflow, and Active Workspace.
• Configure and maintain Teamcenter modules including Change Management, Document Management, BOM Management, and Workflow Management.
• Integrate Teamcenter with CAD applications such as NX, CATIA, Creo, and ERP systems.
• Support data migration, upgrades, and deployment activities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to Teamcenter applications.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams.
• Prepare technical documentation and provide user training where required.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Teamcenter PLM.
• Hands-on experience with:
• Teamcenter Architecture
• BMIDE
• ITK
• Active Workspace (AWC)
• Workflow Customization
• Access Manager
• Organization and Project Management
• Data Model Configuration
• Experience in Teamcenter upgrades and migration projects.
• Strong knowledge of Teamcenter integrations with CAD and enterprise applications.
• Experience with SQL/Oracle databases.
• Good understanding of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) processes.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Teamcenter SOA, REST APIs, and microservices architecture.
• Exposure to cloud-based deployments.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
• Experience in manufacturing, automotive, aerospace, or industrial engineering domains.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and lead technical discussions.
