• Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
• Explain and promote banking products such as Savings Accounts, Current Accounts, Deposits, Loans, Insurance, and Credit Cards.
• Generate leads and support customer acquisition activities.
• Maintain good relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Support branch operations and day-to-day banking activities.
• Verify customer documents and ensure compliance with bank policies.
• Follow up with customers regarding applications, documents, and service requests.
• Update customer information and maintain accurate records in the banking/CRM system.
• Assist senior banking officers in achieving branch targets.
• Participate in customer meetings, promotional activities, and lead-generation campaigns.
• Ensure excellent customer service and maintain professional communication.
• Work towards achieving assigned sales, service, and business targets.
• Coordinate with different departments to resolve customer issues.
