• Conducting Employee Engagment Surveys acrosss Organization
• Standardization of all the Business Processes across all the units with the support of TQM
• Establish the Policies for Rewards and Recognitions
• Formulation of Audit framework for EE - Adherence to SOPs
• Conducting Half yearly audit in all the Units
• EE MIS Reports
