Role & responsibilities

• Prepare and assemble frozen yogurt, gelato, and other menu items as per company SOPs and quality standards
• Handle orders received through Swiggy and Zomato and ensure timely preparation and dispatch
• Check, pack, and label orders accurately before dispatch
• Monitor stock availability, follow FIFO (First In, First Out), regularly check expiry dates, and ensure the correct storage temperatures for all food products
• Maintain proper kitchen cleanliness to comply with food safety and hygiene standards
• Minimize food wastage through proper handling, portion control, and storage practices.

Preferred candidate profile

• Basic knowledge of food preparation and kitchen operations
• Ability to handle and pack orders accurately
• Understanding of FIFO and stock management
• Food hygiene and safety
• Time management and teamwork
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
