Role & responsibilities

• Assist customers with orders and provide excellent service.
• Prepare and serve frozen yogurt and desserts as per SOPs.
• Handle POS billing and payments accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards.
• Monitor stock availability and minimize wastage.
• Support the Outlet Manager in daily operations.
