8-10 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a mid-to- large scale organization
Education Qualification

Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master s degree preferred.

Strategic Talent Acquisition

Partner with business leaders and HRBPs to understand workforce needs and develop proactive hiring strategies.

Lead full-cycle recruitment for mid to senior-level roles, ensuring quality and timely hiring.

Analyze talent market trends and provide insights to improve sourcing strategies.

Drive employer branding initiatives to enhance the company s visibility and attractiveness in the talent market.
2.
Recruitment Operations & Process Excellence
-
Oversee job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.

Manage relationships with recruitment agencies, job portals, and other sourcing partners.

Implement and optimize ATS and recruitment tools for efficiency and data accuracy.

Track and report recruitment metrics (TAT, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness, etc.) to leadership.
3.
Compliance & Documentation

Ensure adherence to internal policies and external regulations in all hiring practices.

Maintain accurate and audit-ready documentation for all recruitment and onboarding activities.

Support internal and external audits related to hiring processes.
4.
Team Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement

Mentor and guide junior recruiters and support staff.

Act as a point of contact for business leaders on all talent acquisition matters.

Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, Admin, IT, and Finance for smooth hiring and onboarding.
