Team Member / Senior Team Member - Investment Banking

Role Summary

Responsible for processing and validating corrections, reversals, adjustments, and exception transactions across operational processes. The role ensures timely resolution of processing errors while maintaining data integrity, minimizing operational risk, and adhering to established controls and service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Process transaction corrections, reversals, adjustments, and re-bookings accurately and within SLA.
• Investigate operational errors, identify root causes, and execute corrective actions.
• Review supporting documentation and validate requests prior to processing.
• Perform account and transaction reconciliations related to corrections and reversals.
• Liaise with internal teams to gather information and resolve discrepancies.
• Ensure all activities comply with internal policies, procedures, and controls.
• Escalate high-risk issues and exceptions promptly.
• Maintain accurate records and audit trails.
• Support business continuity and peak-volume requirements.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in finance, Commerce, Business, or related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in Operations, Reconciliations, Asset Servicing, or Banking Operations.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of transaction processing and operational controls.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Flexibility to work across shifts as required by the business.
• Assist supervisors and managers in day-to-day operational activities and reporting.
