About this role
We are seeking a Team Member for our Screening & Sampling department within the HO & SUPPORT-Business Process Management Group at Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd. The ideal candidate will contribute to the efficient and effective management of screening and sampling processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
As a Team Member, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Screening & Sampling team's daily operations. Your responsibilities will include assisting with data collection, analysis, and reporting, as well as ensuring accurate and timely screening and sampling processes. You will work closely with the team to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices to enhance overall efficiency.
- Assist in data collection, analysis, and reporting for screening and sampling processes.
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of screening and sampling tasks.
- Maintain records and documentation as per regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with the team to identify process improvements and implement best practices.
- Provide support and guidance to junior team members.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

- Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to screening and sampling is an advantage.
