Team Member Sales

We are looking for a dynamic Business Development professional to drive business growth for smart metering and energy solutions across the NCR region. The candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities while strengthening relationships with existing clients.

Role & responsibilities

• Manage and drive Business Development across:
• Residential Developers
• Commercial Developers
• Builders
• Electrical Consultants
• MEP Consultants
• Railways and other relevant segments
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
• Identify and generate new business opportunities and leads.
• Identify upcoming projects and develop business opportunities around them.
• Conduct regular market visits and customer meetings.
• Coordinate with internal technical and commercial teams for preparation of proposals.
• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable smart metering and energy solution offerings.
• Drive business growth and achieve assigned sales/revenue targets.
• Track market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming projects across the NCR region.

Preferred candidate profile

• Existing network/relationships with builders, developers, electrical consultants, MEP consultants, Railways, etc. will be preferred.

• Willingness to travel across the NCR region for customer and market visits.
