Team Member - Safety

Description:

The Team Member Safety is responsible for the day-to-day management and implementation of an integrated Safety management system within the organization to ensure compliance with legislation, customer and accreditation standards.

Skills & experience:

• Risk Register preparation.
• Participate in Incident investigation and guide employees on Root Cause Analysis
• Impart training to contractors on safety.
• Input to SIMOPS document for all activities during the project phase & steady state.
• Compilation and publication of Safety Performance Report.
• Implementation of SAFETY procedures.
• Conduct safety campaigns at the sites. Collection of information for compliance reports.
• Review of contractor SAFETY performance.
• Inspection rounds at plants.
• Coordinate for risk studies for various phases of the project.
• Update and maintain records of the procedures.
• Conduct internal audits under Integrated Management Systems.
• Maintaining legal compliance
• Procurement & maintaining stock of PPEs & Safety related items.

Leadership / Soft Skills:

• Guide shopfloor team for safety requirement.
• Computer proficiency MS-Excel, power point, word etc.

Key Attributes (Experience and Qualifications)

Qualification:

• Bachelors degree in engineering.

Desirable:

• NEBOSH certification

Experience:

Necessary:

• 3-7 Years of work experience.

Desirable :

• Aware about incident investigation methodology.
