Team Member-People (Talent Acquisition)

Role & Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding, and joining formalities.
• Ensure timely closure of manpower requirements and support campus hiring initiatives.
• Develop and maintain Role Profiles, Job Descriptions (JDs), and SMART Objectives for employees.
• Support Talent Management, Performance Management (PMS), and employee confirmation processes.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives, knowledge-sharing sessions, and employee connect programs.
• Manage employee transfers, job rotations, and separation processes, including exit interviews.
• Maintain HR MIS, employee records, and management reports to support business decision-making.
• Ensure adherence to HR policies and processes and support internal and external audits.
• Partner with business stakeholders on HR operations and various people-related initiatives.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• MBA/PGDM in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 7 to 10 years of experience in an Talent Acquisition Specialist role.
• Hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition, HR Operations and Employee Engagement.
• Good exposure to PMS, Talent Management, Onboarding, and Employee Lifecycle Management.
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel, HR MIS Reporting, and HR Documentation.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Process-oriented, detail-focused, and capable of managing multiple priorities effectively.
