Team Member - People (HR) Services

Role & Responsibilities

• Manage/support Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, Onboarding & Induction.
• Coordinate Performance Management, confirmation, job rotations, transfers, and separation processes.
• Drive Employee Engagement, Employee Welfare, Talent Development, and Retention initiatives.
• Support employee relations and address People/HR-related queries and concerns.
• Maintain People MIS, HR reports, dashboards, and employee records.
• Ensure compliance with People policies, ISO standards, and audit requirements.
• Support Talent Management Systems, knowledge-sharing initiatives, and organizational development programs.
• Identify opportunities for HR process improvement and enhanced employee experience.
• Support People leadership in strategic HR initiatives and projects.
• Willingness to travel across India as per business requirements.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in HR, People Services, HR Operations, or HR Generalist roles.
• MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent qualification preferred.
• Strong experience in Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement, Performance Management, and HR Operations.
• Good understanding of employee lifecycle management, HR policies, and compliance.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Proactive, people-oriented, detail-oriented, and solution-focused.
• Ability to work effectively with employees, managers, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel PAN India (project sites) as per business requirements.
