Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance.
• Maintain crushers, mills, conveyors, and packers.
• Monitor equipment performance and reliability.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and reduce downtime.
• Coordinate maintenance with operations teams.
• Follow safety and maintenance standards.
• Maintain records and manage spare parts.
• Support plant shutdown activities.

Required Skills

• Cement plant mechanical maintenance.
• Knowledge of crushers, mills, conveyors, fans, and pumps.
• Preventive and predictive maintenance.
• Troubleshooting and RCA skills.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings.
• SAP PM knowledge.
• Safety focus and teamwork.
