Team Member Invoice Processing & Vendor Management

Key Responsibilities

• Vendor Invoice Processing (PO & Non-PO)
  • GST knowledge: B2B, B2C, ITC, RCM and related compliance
  • MSME Act compliance and payment monitoring
  • Follow-up for outstanding schedules and open PO closures
  • Vendor coordination for closure of pending invoices, open PO, NDCs, GST issues and reconciliation items
  • Preparation and analysis of MIS, Monthly Provision, trackers and management reports
  • Coordination with internal stakeholders for payment processing and issue resolution
  • Ensure adherence to internal controls, audit requirements and process governance
  • Team management and mentoring of 5-7 team members

Required Skills & Knowledge

• Strong Accounts Payable domain knowledge
  • Good understanding of GST provisions and compliance
  • Knowledge of vendor master and invoice lifecycle management
  • Advanced MS Excel and MS Office skills
  • PowerPoint presentation preparation
  • Professional email drafting and stakeholder communication
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Experience

6-10 years of experience in Accounts Payable / Vendor Payment Operations with team handling experience.
