Team Member HR Operations

Assist in implementation of HR operations execution roadmap in line with overall HR strategy to deliver on organizational mandates

• Manage day-to-day execution of operational activities to ensure adherence to service level commitments, rigorous quality and audit reviews, timely & proactive management of escalations / service delivery failures

• Handle all administrative tasks for onboarding, new hire orientation, and exit interviews, including entering data into HR information systems and auditing for accuracy and compliance

• Facilitate implementation of new processes and policies related to employee training, development, recruiting, and other related initiatives • Prepare MIS/ business dashboards using appropriate metrics/methodology as per business requirements

• Track and monitor payroll and F&F operations to ensure timely and error-free processing of payroll and F&F

• Ensure process compliance with relevant local regulations and laws • Scan the market for industry best practices in HR operations and identify improvement opportunities within HR Operational workflows/ processes to enhance employee experience
