Key Responsibilities & Core Accountabilities:

• End-to-End EDM Governance: Own the real-time accuracy and structural updates of global worker profiles on PeopleSoft. This includes Workforce Administration (WFA), Position Management, and Compensation data tracking.
• Employee Lifecycle Administration: Manage comprehensive data configurations across all milestones. This covers global onboarding setups, induction metrics, and secure offboarding data sets.
• Cross-Functional Data Synergies: Package and feed error-free attendance, leave, and compensation adjustments.
• Benefits & Vendor Coordination: Govern master data files for key institutional benefit products like GMC, GPA, and Nischint, ensuring zero latency in vendor communications.
• Strategic Query Resolution: Act as a specialized internal consultant to resolve complex employee queries regarding corporate policy, data updates, and self-service portals.

Required Candidate Profile:

• Education: Any Graduate with a full-time 3 years degree.
• Technical Aptitude: Familiarity or conceptual knowledge of ERPs (PeopleSoft / SAP / Workday) and advanced MS Excel skills.
• Core Competencies: High analytical reasoning, detail orientation, and understanding of standard employee lifecycle processes.
