Team Member- Group Vigilance

Purpose/Objective

The role is responsible for preventing, detecting, and investigating instances of fraud, misconduct, and ethical violations across the organization.
The incumbent will manage the whistleblower mechanism, ensuring confidentiality, fairness, and timely resolution of reported concerns in line with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Key Responsibilities of Role

The position involves conducting independent and objective investigations into alleged violations, documenting findings, and recommending corrective and preventive actions.
The individual will work closely with crossfunctional stakeholders including Legal, HR, Finance, Compliance, and senior management to ensure effective implementation of investigation outcomes and policy adherence.
The role also focuses on strengthening the organization’s integrity framework by designing and implementing preventive controls, monitoring compliance with laws and internal codes of conduct, and identifying emerging fraud and misconduct risks.
Additionally, the incumbent will promote an integritydriven culture by driving awareness initiatives, training programs, and regular reporting to leadership and governance forums.

Qualifications and Experience

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Law, or a related discipline - Certification in Forensic Accounting, Risk & Compliance, or Ethics & Governance - Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks, corporate governance standards, and internal control systems - Ongoing training or certification in investigations, compliance, or financial crime prevention is an added advantage
