Team Member FC&A (CA Fresher)

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Prepare financial reports, statements, and analyses for management review.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Develop MIS reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights for business decisions.
• Support the finance team in preparing tax returns, audit documents, and other regulatory filings.

Job Requirements :

• 0-2 years of experience in FC&A.
• Strong understanding of budgeting, financial analysis, financial planning, management reporting, MIS reporting, and taxation concepts.
• Proficiency in using accounting software such as Tally ERP or similar tools.
