Team Member - Data Analyst

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Analyze trends, patterns and exceptions to support business decision-making. Generate actionable business insights, variance analysis, and improvement recommendation.
• Building models for Planning & forecasting.
• Support monthly reporting packs with business insights and commentary.
  Assist in fraud analytics, risk monitoring, and exception reporting.
• Ensure timely delivery of standard reports and analytics outputs as per customer needs.
• Support KPI tracking, governance, and monitoring mechanisms.
• Understand business requirements and convert them into analytics and reporting solutions.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders for dashboard, MIS, and reporting need
• Perform functional validation and quality checks before dashboard/report release.
• Collaborate with technical team members for successful analytics delivery.
• Take initiative for automation and process improvement for better efficiency across teams.
• Impart training to team members.
  

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

• Essential Qualification : CA / CMA / Semi-Qualified
• Desirable Qualification : -
• Experience : Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience in data analysis / finance analytics / reporting
• Products to be handled : - Strong hands-on experience in Power BI / Tablue is mandatory / Python preferred.
