Job Description
Grade - L08-L10
Job Profile:
1. Liaising with Banks, NBFCsand Financial Institutions for raising loans, optimizing funding arrangementsand managing relationships.
2. MISs preparation for management,to identify changes, top-up / top-down requirements etc.
3. Ensuring optimum securitymargin levels, monitoring its payouts, Put Call, Interest resets etc.
4. Documentation handling,executions, charge filings etc., ensuring compliance for all active loans,covenants etc. and timelysubmission of regulatory reports and filings.
5. Post sanction monitoringof loan compliances and covenants of loans.
6. Analyzing financialperformance, valuation reports and providing insights to management.
7. Coordination and closures withtrustees, rating agencies, monitoring compliance with RBI, FEMA and otherregulatory requirements
8. Havinga basic knowledge of income tax, GST and Corporate law
9. Cash flow management andallocations of funds to optimize liquidity
EducationProfile (Include years areas of experience): CA or MBA
