Team Member- Business Development (Land Acquisition)

Role & responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate potential land acquisition opportunities across key micro-markets
• Conduct market intelligence, feasibility assessments, and site evaluations
• Build and manage relationships with landowners, brokers, consultants, and other stakeholders
• Support negotiations, due diligence, and transaction closure processes
• Collaborate with internal teams including Legal, Finance, Design, Projects, and Sales for opportunity evaluation

Preferred Profile:
Experience in Land Acquisition, Business Development, Asset Expansion, or Real Estate Transactions
Strong understanding of the Pune real estate market and development landscape
Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills
Ability to evaluate opportunities from both commercial and strategic perspectives
