Role Description The Team Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Gwalior, responsible for leading day-to-day operations and team coordination at Room of Rewards. This role includes planning and supervising production schedules, assigning tasks, monitoring workflow, and ensuring timely delivery of customized awards and mementos. The Team Manager will collaborate with design, sales, and client service teams to ensure that client requirements are clearly understood and executed with a focus on quality and customization. The role also involves tracking performance metrics, resolving operational issues, maintaining clear communication across departments, and supporting continuous improvement in processes and team capabilities. The Team Manager will contribute to a positive, inclusive work environment that aligns with the company’s commitment to meaningful recognition.
Qualifications
- Strong team leadership and people management skills, including the ability to motivate, coach, and support diverse team members.
- Experience in operations or production management, preferably in manufacturing, customization, or design-focused environments.
- Solid organizational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities effectively.
- Clear and professional communication skills for coordinating with internal teams and handling client requirements.
- Basic understanding of quality control practices and attention to detail to ensure high standards in finished products.
- Comfort with using standard office software and digital tools for scheduling, reporting, and documentation.
- Ability to work on-site in Gwalior and maintain a reliable presence during standard business hours.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or a related field is preferred; relevant experience in a supervisory role will also be considered.
- Experience in events, corporate gifting, or recognition programs is an added advantage.
