Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of Sales Executives for personal loan sourcing
- Drive business through open market sourcing channels
- Ensure team meets assigned targets and maintains high productivity
- Provide training, support, and motivation to the team
- Develop and maintain strong local market connections
- Monitor and ensure compliance with company policies and credit guidelines
Candidate Profile:
- Proven team handling experience
- Experience in open market sourcing (DSA-based experience not preferred)
- Background in Credit Card Sales, Personal Loans, CASA, LAP, or Business Loans
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of the Hoskote local market is a must
- Graduation is mandatory; MBA preferred
