Team Manager | Team Leader

Role & responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly revenue targets.
• Take complete ownership of team sales performance, revenue, and target achievement.
• Monitor leads, calls, follow-ups, conversions, and individual team member performance.
• Conduct regular team huddles, performance reviews, and provide sales coaching and guidance.
• Identify underperforming team members and take corrective actions to improve productivity and conversions.
• Handle critical customer conversations, support the team in closing high-value leads, and improve conversion rates.
• Prepare and share daily/weekly sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates with management.
• Build a high-performance sales culture through strong leadership, accountability, motivation, and continuous improvement

Preferred candidate profile

• 25 years of experience in Sales, preferably with team-handling experience.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and team management skills.
• Target-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a high-pressure sales environment.
• Strong understanding of lead conversion, follow-ups, objection handling, and sales closing.
• Ability to coach, motivate, and improve the performance of sales executives.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on revenue growth.
• Experience in EdTech, Financial Services, Stock Market, or Tele/Inside Sales will be preferred.
