Role: Team Manager - Screening & Sampling (Cyber Incident Team MHA I4C - Unit Manager)

Location: Mumbai, Goregaon East

The Unit Manager is responsible for:

• End-to-end monitoring and actioning of NCRP/CFCFRMS complaints within prescribed timelines.
• Immediate fund protection measures including account lien marking and hold actions on beneficiary accounts.
• Coordination with Law Enforcement Agencies (LEAs), Cyber Police, I4C authorities and internal stakeholders for action and information sharing.
• Management of account freeze/defreeze requests, customer grievances and fraud-related disputes.
• Governance oversight, regulatory compliance, audit readiness and management reporting.
• Leading the cyber incident response team and driving adherence to internal and regulatory service standards.
• Any other job assigned time to time

The role routinely requires:

• Decision-making on time-sensitive account lien marking and fund protection actions.
• Direct engagement with senior officials from Law Enforcement Agencies, Cyber Police, I4C and regulatory stakeholders.
• Assessment and resolution of complex account freeze/defreeze cases involving legal, operational and reputational considerations.
• Oversight of high-value and sensitive cyber fraud incidents with potential financial and customer impact.
• Management of regulatory reviews, audit observations, governance forums and senior management reporting.
• Leadership of a specialized cyber fraud operations team responsible for maintaining critical service levels and regulatory compliance.
