Team Manager, Business Development Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Drive sales, revenue and business growth across the assigned territory.
• Develop and execute effective territory-wise sales strategies and action plans.
• Lead, mentor and manage high-performing sales teams.
• Recruit, train and develop sales professionals to achieve business objectives.
• Build, develop and manage channel partners, brokers and real estate consultants.
• Expand and activate the channel partner network across the territory.
• Drive lead generation, site visits, conversions, bookings and collections.
• Build strong relationships with key customers and business stakeholders.
• Track market trends, competitor activity, pricing and customer preferences.
• Prepare sales forecasts, MIS and performance reports for management.

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in Sales & Marketing will be an added advantage.
• Strong understanding of real estate sales processes and customer handling.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and revenue goals.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Strong network of channel partners, brokers and HNI/UHNI clients will be an advantage.
• Ability to lead, motivate and manage sales teams.
• Target-oriented, self-driven and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
• Good knowledge of Delhi NCR real estate market preferred.
• Immediate joiners / candidates with a short notice period will be preferred.
