Job Description:

• Managing the day-to-day activities of the team.
• Motivating the team to achieve organizational goals.
• Developing and implementing a timeline to achieve targets.
• Delegating tasks to team members.
• Conducting training of team members to maximize their potential.
• Empowering team members with skills to improve their confidence, product knowledge, and communication skills.
• Connect with clients and resolve their questions and concerns
• Take Escalation calls
• Conducting quarterly performance reviews.
• Contributing to the growth of the company through a successful team.
• Creating a pleasant working environment that inspires the team.

Skills:

• Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
• Good Motivational skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be a flexible team player as the nature of this product Operations Team will require contribution in many ways.
• Must have international call center experience
• It will be Night shift only

• This position requires working US shifts, so flexibility is essential.
• Location is based in Gandhinagar, India, with a requirement to work from the office.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in any Field.
• Masters degree in any Field.
• Diploma or Certificate of Data Analytics from a reputed Institute.
