Team Leader

Responsibilities

• Ability to manage daily lead allocation, track field visits, and ensure compliance with communication scripts.
• Skilled in monitoring field discipline, ensuring minimum visit requirements, and driving daily productivity.
• Experience in handling customer escalations, objection-handling coaching, and on-ground guidance.
• Must ensure accurate documentation checks, BOD validation, and LMS/CRM reporting.
• Responsible for identifying, raising, and tracking resolution of data issues, CRM issues, and IT-related operational problems.
• Must coordinate with zonal teams for operational alignment, audits, and field support.
• Willingness to travel frequently within assigned territories for team monitoring and customer escalations.

Requirements

• Must have prior experience leading a Field Sales team in BFSI, loans, telecom, or any feet-on-street (FOS) environment.
• Strong understanding of personal loan sourcing (CLX preferred) and customer eligibility processes.
• Comfortable working with monthly targets, pressure-driven environments, and strict TAT expectations.
