Role & responsibilities
- Process evaluation for new products with respect to safety and scalability.
- Responsible for the trial and validation of the products at commercial plants.
- Responsible for facility evaluation of Toll manufacturer (Third Party), for KSM and Intermediate manufacturing.
- Reviewing the batch planning , process flow diagram and P&ID document preparation.
- Reviewing of equipment selection, utility calculation, capacity planning and capacity enhancement.
- Responsible for Hazard evaluation, simulation and crystallization studies are done using RC1e, Easy-Max, RSD & FBRM.
- Guide team members in execution of projects, follow up and ensure schedule is adhered as per plan.
