Non-Negotiable Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in Renewable Energy, Solar PV, EPC, or PMC projects.
• Experience on Utility-Scale Solar PV Projects (250 MW+).
• PMC/EPC package leadership experience.
• Exposure to Pooling Substations, Grid Integration, Testing & Commissioning.
• Preference for candidates with experience on 500 MW+ Solar Parks or Renewable Energy Projects.

Job Description:

The Solar PMC Package Manager will lead package-level oversight for large-scale Solar EPC projects, serving as the key interface between the Client, EPC Contractors, OEMs, and PMC teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Solar PMC disciplines and construction management resources.
• Review EPC readiness, construction sequencing, resources, and execution plans.
• Monitor project progress, risks, quality, safety, and commissioning readiness.
• Coordinate testing, energization, grid integration, and HOTO activities.
• Drive closure of critical constraints and punch points impacting project milestones.
• Prepare package status reports, escalation registers, and readiness recommendations.

Key Deliverables

• Weekly and Monthly Package Progress Reports.
• Constraint & Escalation Register.
• Commissioning and HOTO Readiness Reports.
• COD Readiness Recommendations.

Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech in Electrical, Civil, or Mechanical Engineering.
• Master's Degree or PMP certification preferred.
• 15+ years of Solar PV, BESS, EPC, or PMC experience.
• Experience on Utility-Scale Solar Projects (250 MW+).
• Strong knowledge of Solar Parks, Pooling Substations, Power Evacuation, Grid Integration, and Commissioning.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience on 500 MW to 1 GW+ Solar Projects.
• Solar + BESS project experience.
• Experience managing multiple EPC contractors and stakeholder interfaces.
