Team Leader Services

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Team Leader to join our team at Alstom Transport India Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in transportation management and excellent leadership skills.

• Manage and supervise a team of transport professionals to ensure efficient operations.
• Coordinate with drivers, mechanics, and other stakeholders to maintain smooth service delivery.
• Monitor and control fuel consumption, vehicle maintenance, and other expenses to optimize costs.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and reduce complaints.
• Collaborate with the dispatch team to plan and execute trips efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

• Proven experience as a Team Leader or similar role in transportation management.
• Strong knowledge of transportation laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with transportation management software and technology.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills to drive business growth.
