Team Leader - Sales (WFO)

We are looking for an experienced Team Leader to manage our US sales team. As a TL, you will be responsible for leading a team of 15-20 Customer Sales Representatives, driving conversion rates, developing sales strategies, coaching team members, and ensuring team KPIs are met. This is a leadership role requiring proven experience in managing BPO sales teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of 15-20 sales agents
• Drive team performance to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Monitor live calls and provide real-time coaching and feedback
• Conduct daily team huddles and pre-shift briefings
• Develop and implement sales strategies to improve conversion rates
• Analyze team performance metrics and prepare MIS reports
• Handle escalated customer calls and complex situations
• Manage attendance, leaves, and shift schedules

Requirements:

• Graduate degree (mandatory)
• Minimum 1 year experience as Team Leader in International BPO (Sales)
• Proven track record of achieving team sales targets
• Experience managing teams of 15+ agents
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Excellent English communication skills
• Proficient in MS Excel for reporting and analysis
