Team Leader - Sales, Outbound Process

Job Summary

We are looking for a target-driven Team Leader Sales to manage an outbound sales team, drive business targets, monitor performance, and ensure high productivity and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of outbound sales executives.
• Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and business KPIs.
• Monitor calling performance, conversions, productivity, and team attendance.
• Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching, and feedback sessions.
• Ensure adherence to sales scripts, process guidelines, and quality standards.
• Handle escalations and support team members in closing sales.
• Prepare and share daily/weekly performance reports with management.
• Identify performance gaps and implement improvement plans.
• Maintain team discipline and ensure compliance with company policies.

Required Skills

• Experience in outbound sales, telecalling, or telesales.
• Strong communication, leadership, and team-management skills.
• Target-oriented approach with a focus on sales conversions.
• Ability to motivate team members and handle performance pressure.
• Good problem-solving, reporting, and coordination skills.
• Comfortable working in rotational shifts, including night shifts, if required.

Work Requirements

• 9-hour working schedule; shift timings may vary.
• Work from office only at Techno IT Park, Bargi Hills, Jabalpur.
• Work-from-home facility is not available.
• Immediate joiners will be preferred.
