Job Summary

AM Infoweb Pvt. Ltd. is looking for experienced and result-oriented Team Leaders for its US Healthcare Release of Information (ROI) process. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in US Healthcare ROI operations and at least one year of formally documented Team Leader experience.

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, leading a team, monitoring productivity and quality, ensuring process compliance, and achieving operational targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team handling US Healthcare Release of Information (ROI) operations.
• Oversee medical record requests from authorized requestors, including healthcare providers, patients, insurance companies, and legal representatives.
• Ensure requests are processed accurately within defined turnaround times (TAT).
• Monitor team productivity, quality, attendance, adherence, and operational KPIs.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA requirements, authorization procedures, patient confidentiality, and data security protocols.
• Handle complex cases, escalations, and process-related queries.
• Conduct team huddles, performance reviews, feedback sessions, and coaching.
• Identify performance gaps and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Coordinate with Quality, Training, and Operations teams to improve process efficiency.
• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs and client-specific guidelines.
• Support new-hire training, knowledge transfer, and continuous process improvement.

Mandatory Requirements

• Hands-on experience in Release of Information (ROI) within the US Healthcare domain is mandatory.
• Minimum 1 year of Team Leader experience, formally documented in employment records.
• Good understanding of US Healthcare medical records and ROI workflows.
• Experience with medical record requests, authorization validation, documentation, and request processing.
• Knowledge of HIPAA guidelines and patient information confidentiality.
• Strong team management, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage operational targets, quality standards, and turnaround times.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) or Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems.
• Familiarity with medical record retrieval, requestor verification, and document management.
• Experience handling escalations, quality audits, and performance reporting.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and operational reporting tools.

Work Requirements

• Willingness to work in US night shifts.
• Comfortable working from the office at Kalyani Nagar, Pune.
• Candidates must arrange their own transportation to and from the office.
