Qual- Any Graduate

Managing technical issues related to Desktop/Laptop/Printer/Network etc.

Create onboarding guides and technical SOPs for new team members Maintain report available during the handover

Leave Planning & Approval Roster & Shift Management.

Review resolved tickets for accuracy and completeness.

Ensure documentation standards are followed. Conduct random audits of support calls and resolutions.

Assess impact of IT changes on desktop infrastructure.

Coordinate desktop readiness for planned changes or upgrades.

Support IT infrastructure projects Track milestones and ensure desktop readiness. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for smooth execution. Maintain & update all the reports
