Team Leader- Report Writing For Background Verification

Role & responsibilities

• Manage and guide the report writing team
• Divide daily work among team members and track progress
• Check reports for accuracy before sending to clients
• Solve team members queries on report writing
• Raise and clear insufficiencies, and update the supervisor
• Make sure reports are delivered on time (TAT)
• Follow company policies and procedures
• Work with other teams (operations, verification, client servicing)
• Track team performance and train new members
• Prepare daily/weekly MIS reports

Preferred candidate profile

• Good knowledge of BGV report writing
• Good English communication (written and spoken)
• MS Excel, MS Word, Outlook, and internet
• Team handling experience
• Attention to detail
