Team Leader - (Recruitment)

About the Role: We are looking for an experienced Team Leader Training to strengthen our recruitment team's capability across sourcing platforms and drive quality hiring outcomes. This role blends hands-on recruitment delivery with training and mentorship responsibilities, making it ideal for someone who enjoys both closing positions and developing talent within the team.

Key Responsibilities: Training & Capability Building

• Train and upskill the current recruitment team on effective usage of job portals such as Naukri, Apna, JobHai, and other relevant sourcing platforms.
• Conduct regular refresher sessions to improve sourcing techniques, search filters, and candidate outreach strategies.
• Monitor team performance post-training and provide ongoing coaching to close skill gaps.

Internal Recruitment

• Own end-to-end recruitment for internal team positions — from requirement gathering to offer closure.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of quality candidates for internal roles.

Screening & Quality Control

• Screen resumes sourced by internal recruiters to ensure relevance, quality, and alignment with role requirements.
• Provide structured feedback to recruiters on sourcing accuracy and profile quality.
• Flag recurring gaps in screening and address them through targeted coaching.

Stakeholder & Client Coordination

• Liaise with internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs, priorities, and timelines.
• Coordinate with clients to align on job descriptions, candidate expectations, and interview feedback.
• Act as an escalation point for recruitment-related queries from both internal teams and clients.

Key Skills & Competencies

• Strong hands-on knowledge of job portals (Naukri, Apna, JobHai, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Prior experience in recruitment/talent acquisition, with exposure to team handling or training
• Excellent screening and candidate evaluation skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Ability to coach and mentor a team while managing individual delivery targets
• Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with recruitment trackers/MIS

Qualifications & Experience

• Graduate in any required.
• 5+ years of experience in recruitment, with at least 3 years in a training/team lead capacity
• Prior experience managing internal and bulk hiring
