Responsibilities

• Manage or coordinate various manufacturing plants product warranty claim analysis
• Prepare product Warranty claim analytic report and propose companywide priorities
• Domestic travel required up to 30% of the time.
• Meet Sales team, Technician, Dealers channel partner for various Customer Quality related survey, Awareness creation and training.
• Technician Qualification Training Approval
• Resolve top Product Warranty claim problem through 8D methodology.
• Provided quality support for product issues communicate daily with Business Development team.
• Prepare Maintain Customer Quality related documentation like Warranty Return analysis data, Pareto Chart, 8D Report, Customer Interaction register, Market Survey report etc.
• Address customer issues in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Participate in product quality planning and control process based on customers specifications and requirements.

Competency (Candidate Profile)

• 2 to 4 years of experience in Customer Quality Warranty Claim.
• Educational Qualification: B.E or B. Tech or DME in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering.
• Effectively sharing obtaining information from internal external parties.
• Excellent CFT coordination skill, ability to resolve CFT conflict on time.
• Good MS Office Skill (Especially MS Excel).
• 6. Good Observation, Analytic Problem-Solving Skill.
• 7. Strong decision making communication skill.
