Role Description:
consistently achieve Q&D targets on a hourly basis inthe respective zone and assure safe operations
Conduct Sunrise Meeting to the workmen
Audit workmen deployment & organise resources forproduction.
Adhere 2S,JH, unsafe act and conditions
Conduct hourly PDCA for quality & delivery performance
Conduct audit on daily basis to verify operations being carried out as per theTMOS
Update VCS.
Control of non conforming products.
Provide on Job training to workmen & co-ordinate for certification ofworkmen.3. Managing Points
Facilitate QCC projects and recommend for suggestions.
Re-deploy workmen as per skill matrix
Stop,correct & restart process incase of non confirmity observed in line
Manufacturing processes Communication
To recommend leave requests/movementslips & man out pass for workmen
Assess workmen
Evaluate TEIANS
