• Conduct Sunrise Meeting to the workmen.
• Audit workmen deployment organise resources for production.
• Adhere 2S,JH, unsafe act and conditions.
• Conduct hourly PDCA for quality delivery performance.
• Conduct audit on daily basis to verify operations being carried out as per the TMOS.
• Take corrective actions for in house PDI customer complaints related to painting process.
• Update VCS.
• Support PED for establishment of new models variants.
• Provide recommendation feedback during EJO process.
• Control of non conforming products.
• Monitor and review workmen on quality, delivery performance measures attendance
• Provide on Job training to workmen co-ordinate for certification of workmen.
• dentification Implementation of SIT / CFT projects related to policy MPCP.
• Facilitate QCC projects and recommend for suggestions.
