Job Summary

To consistentlyachieve QD targets on a hourly basis in the respective cell / zone andassure safe operations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct sunrise meeting to the workmen.
• Deploy workmen as per skill matrix organise resourcesfor production.
• Organise resources
• Conduct hourly PDCA for quality delivery performance.
• Process control
• Vehicle direct pass capturing
• Conduct audit on 2S,JH, material handling, unsafe act andconditions.
• Maintain and improve 2S
• Conduct audit to adhere all operations being carried out asper the TMOS.
• Audit on adherence to standards
• Take corrective actions for in house PDI customercomplaints.
• Customer Complaint handling(External)
• Control of non conforming products ( MSN , PSN ).
• Control of Non Conforming Products
• Review workmen on quality delivery performancemeasures attendance.
• Provide on Job training to workmen co-ordinate forcertification of workmen.
• Motivate support workmen to implement suggestions.

Qualifications

• Education Qualification: Diploma or Any Engineering
• Required Experience: 5 to 10 years
