Team leader - Outbound Sales

Key Responsibilities

• Team Management & Coaching: Lead a team of 1520 sales representatives, conducting regular coaching, feedback sessions, and one-on-ones to improve performance.
• Target Achievement: Drive the team to achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets, conversion rates, and other key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Performance Monitoring: Monitor live calls, evaluate performance metrics, and implement corrective actions or refresher training where necessary.
• Reporting & Analysis: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for senior management, analyzing trends and identifying areas for growth.
• Process Compliance: Ensure the team adheres to quality standards, compliance guidelines, data security protocols, and client-specific SLAs.
• Motivation & Engagement: Foster a high-energy, positive, and competitive team environment through incentive programs, gamification, and team-building activities.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: Minimum 24 years of experience as a Sales Team Leader within a BPO/Call Center environment (Voice process preferred).
• Education: Bachelors in any degree
• Sales Acumen: Strong understanding of tele-sales strategies, objection handling, and closing techniques.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English (plus local language if applicable).
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM software, dialer systems, and MS Excel (reporting and data analysis).
• Leadership: Ability to handle pressure, resolve conflicts, and lead a diverse group of agents. onsibilities
